Maintenance appointments are necessary to protect your natural hair from matting and keeping your extensions looking great!
At each maintenance appointment we will remove the extensions, then move them back up by installing a new bead.
Repairs of nano extensions are complimentary, as the keratin begins to break down.
Any shaping and trimming of extensions are complimentary with each maintenance appointment.
Note: Overdue fee of $20+ will apply to over 8 weeks or excessive matting.

During your first visit to Sweet Extensions salon begins with a one-on-one consultation where we assess your natural hair, lifestyle, and desired look. We carefully colour-match, determine the ideal extension type and length, and create a custom plan tailored just for you.
This appointment allows you to ask questions, explore options, and feel confident in your decision—no pressure, just expert guidance.

Installment
1-5 hrs
Using professional techniques and high-quality, 100% Remy human hair, your extensions are installed with precision and care. We focus on discreet placement, even weight distribution, and a natural blend — ensuring your extensions feel lightweight and look seamless.
Once installed, your extensions are cut and blended to perfectly match your natural hair. This step creates movement, dimension, and a finished look that feels effortless and natural.
All appointments include complimentary styling, sweet treats, hot drinks, and walking out with the hair you’ve always dreamed of 💜
Maintenance Appt
1-5 hrs
Regular maintenance appointments every 6-8 weeks are essential to keep your extensions looking beautiful, comfortable, and keeping your natural hair protected.
During maintenance, extensions are carefully removed and reinstalled closer to the scalp to maintain a seamless, comfortable fit.
Your extensions are re-blended and trimmed if necessary to maintain a natural, polished look as your hair evolves.
Continual Care Tips
Brush your hair 2–3 times daily using a soft bristle
-Always support your roots with one hand; Start from the ends and work your way up; Avoid brushing when hair is wet
Wash to 2–3 times/week max
-Use sulfate-free, extension-safe products; Apply shampoo to the scalp and gently cleanse downward; Condition mid-lengths to ends — avoid attachment points
Always dry your hair completely before sleeping or styling
-Blow-dry the root area first to prevent moisture near attachments; Use heat tools sparingly and apply a heat protectant; Never apply heat directly to beads, bonds, or tapes
Sleep with hair completely dry
-Braid loosely or secure in a low ponytail; Use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction
